Shipping & Delivery

All our products are sent registered post through Australia Post. Postage is combined for multiple items and is calculated at checkout time. Currently the postage is only calculated for destinations within Australia. For international orders please contact us for a shipping price.

Returns and Replacements

Returns are accepted on regular stock items for changes in colour or size, as long as the item is in original, unworn, saleable condition. Postage is the responsibility of the customer and a restocking fee may be applicable. In all cases, including exchanges, please contact us to organise the return.

Ordering

To place an order, first place the items into your shopping bag. Please select colours and sizes carefully. Note that colours represented on your computer may differ from the colour of the product.

It is recommended to open a site account if you wish to track order status, or to easily place orders later. If you don’t want to open an account, you can just enter your details and place an order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

The payment methods currently accepted include Bank Deposit (Manual Payment) and Paypal. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude postage. Periodically items are placed on sale and this is shown as a reduced price on the product description page.

Viewing Orders

If the order was placed when logged in, previous orders can be viewed by clicking the “My Account” button ()

Updating Account Information

To update your account, log in as per above and select “Your Details”. Please keep this up-to-date, and check the delivery address whenever you place an order.

Privacy & Security

Personal Information

When an order is placed, or an account created on our shop, we need personal information such as name and delivery address so that we can send your order to you. To create an account we require an email address to communicate with you.

Your personal information is able to be viewed and changed at anytime online using the password given to you when you signed up. For increased security, your financial information is not stored by us. We will never sell or disclose personal information to other organisations unless required by law. If you require us to remove your information from our database please contact us.

We may, from time to time, send you an email newsletter with information about specials or new products. You may opt-out at any time by logging onto your account and editing your preferences.

Information collected

When you look at the Sanchia website we make a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes:

  • your server address
  • your top level domain name (for example .com, .gov, .au, .uk etc)
  • the pages you accessed and documents downloaded
  • the previous site you have visited
  • the type of browser you are using.
